Return Policy

We offer a complete 30 day satisfaction guarantee. You may return any UNOPENED product for any reason. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we will only accept returns for unopened products in their original packaging. To start your return, please call or text ‪(615) 696-9140‬ or email Orders@GetBigPills.com. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide the address to mail your return to. Any returns received without a Return Authorization (RA) number will be discarded and ineligible for a refund. Once you have been provided with an RA number and return address, you will be responsible for shipping the returned product(s) to us. Once your return has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less shipping fees and a variable return processing fee. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to post.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT restock or resell any products that are returned to us. They are discarded after the return is processed. For the health and safety of our customers and employees, each product we sell comes directly from the manufacturer. This policy ensures safety and quality.

RESTOCKING FEES – Because we do not resell returned products, we must charge a small return processing fee. We use a tiered system to determine restocking fees( About 25%). The return fee is based on the product list price at the time of purchase without a coupon applied. Return fees are not based on any sales tax or shipping fees paid.

For products less than OR equal to $15, there is a $3 return fee.

For products between $15.01 and $30.00, there is a $5 return fee.

For products between $30.01 and $50.00, there is a $7 return fee.

For products between $50.01 and $75.00, there is a $12 return fee.

For products between $75.01 and $100.00, there is a $25 return fee.

For products between $100.01 and $150.00, there is a $50 return fee.

For products between $150.01 and $250.00, there is a $75 return fee.

For products greater than or equal to $250.01, there is a $115 return fee.

Order issues– In the event that your order is incomplete or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will reship the correct product to you as soon as possible. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photo (via text or email) to provide as much detail as possible as part of the reshipment process.

In the event that your order is missing or lost in transit, please allow 24 hours AFTER the last tracking update before contacting us. We are unable to file any missing mail investigations with USPS or file for a claim until 24 hours after the last tracking update. We are unable to recall or reroute packages ones they are shipped. Reshipments for incorrect address will require a reshipment fee to reship. Please triple check that your address is correct before checking out.
